Hey there! Appreciate the PR but going to say no to this one since we don't have a lot of ask for this particular framework and the page is already right convoluted. It also appears to be similar to https://tailwindcss.com/docs/installation/framework-guides/rspack/react anyways which we already have! |

This pull request introduces a new guide for integrating Tailwind CSS with Rsbuild. The changes include adding Rsbuild to the list of framework guides and creating a comprehensive guide for setting up Tailwind CSS in an Rsbuild project.
